But I have my doubts as to whether it will really be worth the money. Preston seems to think so. Every time Elliott decides to show off his talent to Preston, Preston asks for my help. I am just wondering if there is something cheaper and perhaps even more effective...I don't know exactly how these things work, but I can't see how it solves the problem completely. Wouldn't his bodily fluids still soak the "blocker" as well as drip down soaking his waist and the changing pad? If you know, whether by experience or because a little birdie told you, PLEASE pass on the information. Much obliged.

Oh yeah dude...I worked in a daycare for a while. ALL boys do this! I would invest in the cuppy thing. They work well.
They are called peepee teepee's...i don't know how they work, but you could make some of your own with some baby washclothes....hahahaa..Xander only did this once...
i just used a washcloth with jack. it worked just fine, but then again, he didnt have this "dilemma" to the extent that elliott does.
Been there! I'd put the new diaper under the bum before taking off the old one. That way you are ready to catch anything that goes under him and you've got to be fast to keep the shooter covered with either the old diaper until the new one was in place. Gotta be quick.
Although that works for pee diapers, it can present a challenge for poop diapers since you have to leave the shooter exposed during the wiping. That will just require quick wiping skills and a rain coat :)
